Texas Hot Link Sausages
Inspired by the bold flavours of classic Texas barbecue, our Texas Hot Link Sausages are handcrafted here at Applecross Farm using high-quality Cheshire pork, Cheshire beef, and beef liver, blended together to create a rich, deeply savoury sausage with a true smokehouse character.
Made in small batches using only hand-blended spices and natural ingredients, these sausages are packed full of flavour without relying on unnecessary additives. We use no nitrates, no gluten, and no dairy — just quality local meat, proper seasoning, smoke, and time.
The addition of beef liver brings depth, richness, and a traditional nose-to-tail element that gives these sausages their unmistakable character, while smoked paprika, chilli, garlic, and cracked spices deliver the warming kick expected from a true hot link.
Slow smoked over apple wood from our family orchards, these sausages develop a rich colour, natural snap, and deep smoky finish that pairs perfectly with live-fire cooking.
Fully cooked and ready to enjoy — simply reheat over coals, in a pan, or under the grill until hot throughout.

These will arrive next day frozen in insulated packaging. All frozen products are packed in fully insulated, recyclable boxes with ice packs to ensure they arrive safely chilled or frozen.
