Slow smoked over apple wood from the farm for 8 hours and simply seasoned with salt & cracked black pepper, this rolled brisket is all about quality beef, time, and smoke.

Using grass-fed beef from a trusted local farm, we keep the process simple — allowing the flavour of the meat and gentle apple wood smoke to do the work. These aren’t traditional Texas-style briskets, but our own take on a beautiful Sunday roasting joint, crafted with care from start to finish here at Applecross Farm.

Each brisket is fully cooked, then chilled overnight to lock in flavour and tenderness, ready for you to simply reheat, slice, and serve at home.
