This is from a Grass fed Pedigree Angus raised is Delamere Cheshire, it will be hung for 21 days and then sent out to you via post. shipping inc.

Premium Steaks (1.5kg total)

1 rump steaks (500gram pack or 2 x steaks in pack)

1 Sirloin steak (500gram pack or 2 x steaks in pack) 

1 Ribeye steak (500gram pack or 2 x steaks in pack)

 

Roasting Cuts & Slow-Cook Portions (2.5 kg total)

1 small Topside/Silverside roast (1kg portion any smaller would be too small)

1 pack of shin steaks (500g)

1pack of braising (500g)

1pack stewing steak (500g)

 

Everyday Cuts ( 3kg total)

1kg steak mince

1kg beef mince (20% fat)

2 packs of burgers (4 in a pack)
