This is from a Grass fed Pedigree Angus raised is Delamere Cheshire, it will be hung for 21 days and then sent out to you via post. shipping inc.

For the 10kg box:

1 rump steaks (500gram pack or 2 x steaks in pack)

1 Sirloin steak (500gram pack or 2 x steaks in pack) 

1 Ribeye steak (500gram pack or 2 x steaks in pack)

1 fillet steak (500 gram or 2 steaks in a pack)

 

Roasting Cuts & Slow-Cook Portions (4 kg total)

1 small Topside/Silverside roast (1kg portion any smaller would be too small)

1kg shin steaks (500gram pack)

1kg braising (500gram pack) 

1kg stewing steak (500gram pack) 

 

Everyday Cuts ( 4kg total)

1kg steak mince (500gram pack) 

1kg beef mince (20% fat) (500gram pack) 

2 packs of burgers (4 in a pack)

2 packs of beef sausages ( 8 in a pack)
