This streaky bacon is made the slow way not using Nitrates—because there is no other way to do it properly.

Over 15 days of curing, hot smoking, and resting, using nothing but time, patience, and quality ingredients.

Cured gently to draw out depth and balance, then Hot-smoked over applewood ready for reheating. After smoking, the bacon is rested to mellow and harmonise, allowing the smoke to soften and the natural sweetness of the pork to come through.

Finished by hand, thick-cut, this is bacon with real texture, a clean smoke, and a deep sweet & savoury finish—no shortcuts, no rush, just traditional craft.
