The beef comes from just a few fields away, the pork is from our very own rare-breed pigs, and the extras are as local as it gets: the apple juice is pressed by my Dad at Orchards Farm (a regular Gold winner at the Royal Bath & West Show), and the honey is harvested from our own bees here on the farm.
